Inspired by both Indian and Caribbean cuisine, we've put together an intensely flavorful and hearty curry. This dish is made with split peas, potatoes, spinach or chard and our original curry blend. The addition of Thai red chilli pepper adds another dimension of flavor and heat, while a touch of coconut palm sugar adds a nice hint of sweetness. Serves 4.
