Karuna Vihara is a farmers market based company, all our products are made by the hands our family in Qualicum Beach.  We offer ready-to-cook, gourmet quality, healthy and delicious meal kits and teas.   Our specialty is Eastern cuisine and we focus on using sustainably sourced, organic, vegan and gluten free ingredients that allows us to be true to our name which comes from the Sanskrit language meaning "to abide in compassion". Our business model has a commitment to donating 5% of our profits to nonprofits and charities focusing on food security, locally and abroad.

    Our motivation is that we want to make it easy for anyone to fit an affordable and authentic fine dining experience into their busy schedule.
